First time in Austin petite Brunette 23 years old

Hey everyone planning to be first time in Austin in beginning of January, can anyone recommend me place to stay and have safe incall ? Preferably with parking and in downtown area , apartment or hotel and more of the good clean safe and modern looking places

The domain is the new "cool" spot. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars.

Downtown Austin is a bit expensive and traffic is awful.
