monterrey and cdmx hotel recs

I wanted some hotel recs for Monterrey and CDMX. also wanted to ask if anyone has experience with private airbnbs for incall?

I've stayed at the Hotel Sevilla Palace and Hotel Castropol in Mexico City. Both are nice but NOT chica friendly. Near Hotel Sevilla Palace and the Monument to the Revolution is Hotel Pisa. It's an OK hourly hotel that has no problema with visitas. I've been there three times. All the other chicas I hooked up with were incall. Hope this helps and have a great trip!
