I was recently at relax massage and at the end of the session I was using the restroom in the back and a door inside the restroom that is normally closed was open and they had a table shower set up in there. QFoot used to have one but rumor is they closed. Rui Serenity Spa has one. At undo stress they have a shower in the back they will let you use. I used it once and it fell apart around me when I tried to close the door. Girl working then thought it was funny as hell. Lnx has also a shower you can use in addition to the table shower, those are only ones I know of.

I just remembered Foot and Body Massage off Everheart (On Google it's "A Massage Spa" also has a table shower in the back.
