I really don't understand this attitude. The price he paid was satisfactory to him, and it was his money, not yours. How is this any different than any other business? I guarantee you there are plenty of plumbers, contractors, and electricians who charge a premium price for shoddy work. It's up to the consumer to figure out who to do business with.
