Albuquerque and Santa Fe

Hi everybody! I am here in ABQ and heading to Santa Fe after but every time I visit I eat the same stuff I can get in California so I was wondering if anybody knows some good restaurants I can visit why in the area. You can reply here or inbox me.

What do you like? What do you want to avoid? Locally we got some spicy stuff that is pretty lit, but might not play well with working (if you're not used to spice)
