Foreign aid and money spent on non-U.S. citizens, nationals, permanent residents and legal non-U.S. nationals accounts for less than 5% of the budget.

You can and will cherry pick in your posturing, but don't overplay your hand.

Now. As for their use of foreign visas neither Musk or Trump is H dependent, but they do absolutely push H hires over American workers because they feel they can pay them less.

For skilled H-1's for Musk, who is on record stating that they're willing to accept less money to be able to work and stay in the U.S. even if they're not as good as his U.S. staff (his assertion, not mine)

For H-2's for Trump who could hire domestically but chooses to fill slots with seasonal unskilled labor. He will at least pretend he can't find people but the reality is he pays too low to attract most Americans.

This isn't TDS on my part. This is objectively addressing known info. If they were Dems still, the Cons on this board wouldn't shitting all over this kind of behavior instead of turning a wilfully blind eye. And do this while claiming others have a DS. It's sad. Bigly sad.

What do H-1 or H-2 immigration visas have to do with your TDS?
