Trump strategy tariffs manufacturing

President Trump is using tariffs as the stick to return manufacturing to the US.
Production in the US costs more. That is the reason companies went offshore.


Thread topic: how will Trump's strategy reduce prices for American consumers ? His strategy may have merit, but with increased costs.

He signed a bunch of Executive Orders to drive down the price of groceries. Particularly eggs. I really like the one to drive down rent and insurance rates.
