As far as healthcare the trend isn’t a one size fits all. It may start there but health plans are taylored to the individual. What RFK suggested isn’t out of line. Does the science support that? Idk. I haven’t read anything on said topic but neither have you.
Also I hope you’re aware that more than just black people have been slaves. For example white people have been slaves in the Middle East during the Barbary Slave Trade, Ottoman Empire, and Crimean Khanate. Doesn’t fit your narrative of victimhood but you’re showing your bias. Did I use that word right?

The moment anyone says 'well, we treat slaves worse than us because they are built different', that is racist.
Sure, whip and beat slaves. They aren't suffering. They are just build different than the white man. They stronger than the white man. Their heads are shaped funny, so they don't feel pain the same way that white men do. Black women, they don't need pain medicine for giving birth, because they don't feel pain the same way that white women do.
Why do so many cops fear for their lives? Because they overestimate the strength of other regular (black) men.
Why do so many black women not receive the medical care they need? Because 'science' indicates that feel less pain and don't need drugs, unlike white people.
Any justification for slavery, or for treating different people differently, is rooted in racism.
Sure, everyone exists on a spectrum. Some dudes can drive themselves to the ER with a nail going through their had and not be in any sort of distress. But that is all on the individual.
Making medical care based off of race, and race alone, is fucking racist.
Even more so when the people making the decisions are not doctors or scientists at all.
