Gift cards that work for international sites?

I use Visa/MC gift cards to pay for things I don't want on my regular cc statement. A number of sites, P411 for example, use non-US sites for payment processing, probably for legal reasons. The most common vendor for gift cards in my area is Vanilla Visa. Which is too bad, because A) their site sucks and B) they will not work for international processors. Has anyone found one that does work? TIA
