Where are the mckinney ladies at?

Would love to connect with someone local. Where you at?
Brandy is visiting near Eldorado and 75 right now. Other than that, they don't exist. The closest will tell you The Colony, Plano, or Frisco. McKinney has always been more of my area, and I tell ladies there is opportunity farther North. Most of them are not in McKinney though.

Im apartment hunting and have been sitting here looking at apartments in Mckinney for about 30 minutes and wandering if the business there is steady.

McKinney and Frisco has hundreds of new apartments and houses being built right now. An entire neighborhood is finally being built on Custer road in McKinney. I can tell you all of the locations. They may not have websites yet. If you drive through the streets I'm talking about, you will see them. There are new hotels that have been recently built in McKinney, and new hotels are being built as well. I know the new Spring suites opened last year near Eldorado and 75. I wonder if that is where Brandy is staying now.

There are lots of potential clients you could have all to yourself in far North Dallas. Most women get frustrated when I drive to them, and they text and call multiple times while I'm driving. That's because I live far East of McKinney and I drive far everywhere. Depending on traffic, most women can be anywhere from 40 minutes to over one hour and thirty minutes, or longer. It also depends on what roads I take. I know most of the side roads too. Most of the popular locations are in Addison, Plano, or Downtown Dallas. Plano is not bad, but Addison is always far. Downtown Dallas is farther, which is why I rarely drive there. I still have not seen any women in The Colony, but that drive is not too bad. I drive the 121 service road and side streets, but women would assume I'm driving the tollway (Incoming texts and calls). The women who live in Irving and Arlington? Forget about it. I've never seen them. It's more frustrating for me than it is for the women. I'm the one driving far in stressful Dallas traffic and bringing the green goods. I get very impatient on the road too. I'm just tired of it all.

Also, based on your profile, you are at a good location. I've walked around the square pond at Shops at Legacy a few times. The Mi Cocina is where I took Jaylowe once. That is a nice area. I've been told you are an excellent woman to visit. I don't know if it will benefit you more, but I'm merely saying there are potential new and regular clients in McKinney. There are hundreds of new houses and apartments being built East of McKinney all the way to Greenville. Many guys are out here and travel far.

I believe Business opportunities will be abundant if you move to McKinney.

You're in a great spot!

I don't think McKinley would be profitable.
I live in Plano and work in McKinney. It's pretty dry in the area I live in (off 75) but IF i go to Richardson near 75 and 635 there tend to be some traveling ladies that get incalls there. McKinney is growing but I don't think there is a lot of ladies/clients in the area; give it a few years. If you are gonna do outcalls though in the area you are close to a lot of stuff.
