Are you really implying that if you don't emigrate back to your 'home country', even after generations, that you can't claim to have a heritage there? Or are you just trying to throw shade at Ukrainians?

I do have a heritage, but I don't feel I have the right to claim loyalty to them, as, I am an American.

If I was asked what I thought of my Tibetan and Peruvian heritage countries current political status, I'd state it's not my business and doesn't matter.

But if you feel as a Ukrainian American you need to go back and fight, I'd say you're a Ukrainian first, and American 2nd.
