☘️💦💦 when you put your warm mouth on a cold Irish whistle💦☘️
☘️💦 the condensation from vigorous playing and the heat of the moisture of your mouth can cause the whistle to drool💦💦☘️

People all over the world have tried to come up with solutions for this. I wonder what you might say would help with this issue?

Yes it's condensation from warm human breath into the much cooler metal whistle.
Theoretically could warm up the whistle beforehand, but, even at room temperature, human breath exhaled is still going to be 90 something degrees.
Consider tapping out any collected moisture at selected times.
BTW, numerous wind instruments have this issue.
As examples, Trumpets and Trombones have vent valves.
lol I'm still trying to figure this out!
