phone location tracking

married monger

is there a way to have my phone with me on meet ups so that I can reply to a text without raising suspicion and not have it show my real location (she will sometimes check my location)
I can't really turn off location services cuz that is a red flag.

Can I make it look like i'm at work?
Can I leave my real phone at work and have texts forwarded to a burner so it looks like i'm replying from my real phone?

Any help appreciated
You should never use your “real” phone for hobby texting. Get a burner.

If I don't reply to a text in an hour or so....suspicions arise.
Maybe there's no way to do this....maybe I shouldn't be doing this...

Forward texts? Yes
Reply to those texts as if they are coming from your work phone? No
Thanks for all the input, that's kinda what I thought.
There's really no way to eliminate ALL risk in this hobby.
What is the cheapest burner phone? What's everybody using?

"hobbying" or "mongering" isn't for everyone
