Astronaut says Elon Musk is “absolutely factual” after a WaPo reporter asked him about how Musk said his rescue efforts were denied for political reasons.

Musk was condemned by the media for making the comment but it appears the astronauts agree.

Reporter: “Elon Musk has said that he made the offer to bring you guys back earlier and that it was denied. My first question is, is that true?”

Barry Wilmore: “I can only say that Mr. Musk, what he says is absolutely factual…”

The astronauts were only supposed to be in space for 8 days. They have been there for 9 months.

Musk had offered to retrieve them on his SpaceX capsule after the Boeing one started having problems. He was denied by the Biden admin.

During his recent episode with Joe Rogan, Musk said the Biden admin denied his request for political reasons because they didn’t want to hurt Kamala’s campaign.

I think we've seen WHY Elon was turned down. 2 of his rockets have failed recently. Mebbe just mebbe Biden knew a lil more than magas on this.

Try and keep up WD, it was test rocket that they are trying to get to go to mars. Not what he regular sends up into space and brings back and re-uses. Pretty certain he's the only one to ever figure out this technology.

For all you scarred lemmings. Elon is about the smartest man on the planet, has all the money he needs, is totally on the spectrum and is having fun finding all the issues with people doing things wrong.

If you've ever been around someone on the spectrum, they get joy / have a need to point out what others do wrong.

He's literally the perfect person to do what he is doing.

As for everyone thinking 20 year olds can't do this stuff. It's only because all the 50 year olds are condemning them because they know they are going to be uncovering all kinds of shit.

The government should always have an outside source checking their spending. Fact that this isn't already happening is part of why the debt is so high.
