Russia's Penance???

I'm OK with the evolving ceasefire arrangements wrt Ulraine. But I wonder what punishment/penance, if any, is going to be imposed on Russia for its illegal, brutal and cruel violent invasion of Ukraine?

The Russians took more than they lost, they are going to keep it, with some good reasons, mainly, most people in those areas want to be part of Russia.

If you can't see both sides, you really can't speak without a bias.

Both sides bled, both sides need to make concilations to get to peace.

Remember, ALL OF NATOS, efforts to back Ukraine did NOT produce a victory.
I can't speak to the national preference of "most people"in Eastern Ukraine, but there has to be a better way to resolve such issues than causing the death of hundreds of thousands of people and physically destroying so much of a country

Putin's history of honoring the spirit and letter of agreements is quite poor.

Even the over $300 billion in frozen assets that should be seized and given to Ukraine immediately isn't sufficient a penalty or enough to give him pause

He keeps whining about NATO expansion. He doesn't view Ukraine as a real nation. He needs a lot more NATO in what's left of his life

Apparently Trump is for more sanctions and some tariffs to prod Russia to come the table as penance for "pounding" Ukraine

Idk, sure seems like you want NATO to go in and boot Russia out.
