All this rumor of health concerns going around has me wanting to stop at Walgreens or CVS and load up on at home HIV test!

So I wonder if it would be a red flag if a lady refused to do one before you met her??

Well with all the stuff going around, I decided to go last Monday and have a full work up done. Blood and urine. Got my results back Friday afternoon, talk about a nervous phone call from the beginning. Nerves were quickly settled down when they said the only thing that was out of wack was my cholesterol was a little high.

I have had a lot of fun but I think it is time to get out before the next test is bad news.

Same here. Got my results back Friday as well. All negatives.. also they lowered my bloss pressure meds to a lower dose. Maybe want have to pee so much now. LoL

HIV and AIDS may not show up for 6 months just so you are all aware its not like other STDs which are pretty noticeable quickly so go back and get retested in couple of months.. just be aware

How long does it take for HIV to show up in a blood test?
It usually turns positive about 3 weeks after infection, and should definitely be positive by about 6 weeks after infection.
Plus I’m a safety girl except I do BBBJ but I’m seriously considering not doing those without protection now too .I wasn't even in town for over a month anyways I just got tested because I get tested every 3 months for everything.
