Genuine question responses take too long elsewhere

Hey guys, just curious so I’m new on here. I’ve been verified and upgraded to the account or ladies to show up on these forms that ladies are showing up on. Is that just my bio page that I’m making or how do I get on there or do I automatically show up on there?
