Flooding

I sincerely want to reach my heart out to those that have been touched by the recent events in our small towns and surrounding areas. It has been devastating to see the effects to all the farmers and people hit by tornadoes in the recent storms. I will say that if I don't answer the phone , it's definitely because reception has been horrible here when it comes to storms. Text messages always get through. Does anybody else have these issues in Arkansas? Even without storms? I need advice on carriers in NE Arkansas. 9017179458 ~Callie
