Are all K girls incall only?

Seeing tons of great reviews of cute little Asian providers, but they all seem to be incall only. I assume it’s because they’re connected to an agency. I typically do outcall to my hotel. Any outcall in Dallas fit this description?

From what I have heard most of the Asian types of providers don’t speak English so they don’t leave their area of business for their safety.
(but I have also heard that it’s 99% fake photos and it’s never the same girl in the picture. Because they think you won’t notice. I’m not trying to be rude. Several people have told me this lol)

Most--- not all but most--- of these ladies are managed. That's a big part of it.

Your notes in regards to the photos have been accurate for me so far. I don't believe it is because it will go unnoticed. More of a common eat asain thing to do, buying phones with built in face/body tune is the thing to do.
