A challenge for the ladies....

Ladies,

I hope this isn't throwing a golden apple of discord into the forum.

I am looking for a 'clinic' to help me with a physical problem. This is somewhat embarrassing. In 2019, I stopped having orgasms. The is not ED, but the other end of the process. I can be aroused for hours and not get results.

My problem is fairly rare in that there is little research and no set cure. It really is the failure to climax. It's like I'm in a race and see the finish line in the distance, and - POOF - suddenly I'm 2 miles out (I'm an old bicycle racer - so not too much distance). With a doctor's directions and drugs, I started inching closer and closer to the line, and in December had a breakthrough and actually got across. Since then, I have crossed the line 10 more times. Right now, about 25% of the time I actually get inches from the line before fading to the 2 mile mark (quite frustrating).

My doctor thinks the meds are finally right and I just need practice. But self practice is a bit depressing. So I'm looking for a smart, empathetic, sympatico set of therapists to help with this.

I prefer a clinic as opposed to a single provider, as my need is when I can squeeze it in, often at a moments notice. I prefer a clinic with a deep staff, so if I can't get the star I can still bat a good reliever. I prefer my therapists on the smaller side (though a winning personality and intelligent, bright eyes will always win out). I believe I will be needing multiple treatments and cost is a factor (I don't think insurance will cover), so include estimated total bill per visit (treatment details aren't needed but will be salaciously accepted)

Thanks in advance

Just as an FYI, if you are on any alpha blockers for BPH, they can delay orgasm or result in retrograde ejaculation. Some are worse than others. Rapaflo is notorious for this, whereas Uroxatral not so much.

I'm in very good shape (I ride daily and walk at least 4 miles a day) and the only meds I take are B12 for a congenital digestive problem, niacin to buffer my critically low cholesterol and C just because.
Have you tried dopa mucuna? I've yet to try it, but I have a similar issue as you. If it works for you, let me know

They took me off it before we could know if it was effective. They had great hopes for it, but for the side effects.

But now they have me somewhat on the right course, they think part of it is I'm out of practice (having been void for 5 years) and I looking for more practice opportunities
