I don’t think I could’ve waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time

The only time I scheduled an appointment with them they put me off for 15 minutes, text back and said another 15 minutes, I said I can’t wait and left. They called me and wanted to know why I left, I told them I couldn’t wait all day, haven’t been back since but I may give them another chance.
