Orange is a definite step down from Annie/Mellow, but at least my experience wasn't this bad- yikes, man.

She did that shit to me back when it was mellow, I can't see why anyone would give her a good review.

I gave her a decent, but not glowing, review. At least in the ROS I said she wasn't at Annie's level. I will say, she has never upsold me like she did this guy, and it was a decent L1. She also tells me to come back next week, so we didn't have quite the same experience. Sorry to hear it was a bad time for some.
