Venmo vs cash

I am working on setting an appointment with a provider who prefers Venmo over cash. Says no car do she has to take an uber to Walgreens to put cash on her card. Anyone else encounter this? PM is fine. Thanks.

If they don't take cash I don't see them any pay app most likely can be traced I don't know for sure

She is willing to take cash, prefers Venmo. I told her I would only do cash because of tracing.
