Here is what really happened.
Her business manager probably reminded her that she was middle Americas sweet heart. You know. Those middle class folks who buy all the Simone Biles paraphernalia. Everything from action figures to back packs.
They think this men in women’s sports thing is just wrong.

Go sell it somewhere else.

Simone Biles is full of shit and she's ruined her reputation. The backlash she received was well deserved. She's needs to cover up that Kool-Aid stain and stop drinking the propaganda. Evidently she enjoys biological men dominating women in sports while "the men" rewrite women's records in sports. It's a disgrace.

"I believe sports organizations have a responsibility to come up with rules supporting inclusion while maintaining fair competition. We all want a future for sport that is fair, inclusive, and respectful."

Sounds like a good policy to me.

So that means to be fair, men should stay the hell out of women’s sports.
To be inclusive means men that are calling themselves women should be allowed to compete against women.
To be respectful means that everybody should respect what ever gender they decide they want to be.

Is that the biggest pile of double speak her publicist could come up with.?

... Well, if it was "double-speak" - I will agree with Tx-Dot
that she did a decent job... And it surely seem that Riley
surely left Simone there a piece of olive branch when
accepting the apology.
