Hi everyone, just got signed up for this board and traveling around Texas for the first time.

What are the best areas to stay in Houston? Are there any hotels I should avoid?

WestChase & Energy Corridor are popular areas for ladies in general.
East of Downtown is usually a slow area.
If you prefer to be in the outskirts just try to stay within the Grand Parkway.
Avoid hotels that require visitors to pay/register for parking or have no/limited parking.
