Introduction

Hi guys, I am going to be in Austin soon for my first time. What is the best area to stay that is safe, convenient and has parking?

I am looking forward to getting familiar with the area and the locals!

I received and responded to several PM's but I have not gotten any correspondence back. I wasn't sure if it is my pm's aren't going through, so maybe text if you haven't gotten a reply via PM please.

The Domain is a great area to stay that has all you're seeking... N.W. Austin...

The Arboretum is adjacent and also well suited...

These are the areas where many/most play while in Austin... The Domain is a great outdoor mall/shopping area... The Soccer Stadium is also close by... However, this week the All-Star soccer game is in town... which may drive up hotel prices... You can also go North on I-35 and Parmer Lane for suitable and reasonable cost hotels...
