Better options are elsewhere. If I walk in and see "60+ and flat everywhere" I'll leave and drive a few miles and try another place or better yet check the boards here.

There was a road between Denton and Dallas off 35E that had an AMP in every strip mall. There was a strip mall on every block! I started at one end and worked my way down until I was out of strip malls. Unfortunately, all providers were 40+. So, I went back to the one that was the most friendly. Still got a mediocre massage and poor L1.

Tried this place probably 7 or 8 times over the years. One time was a youngish thickish gal who provided an L2 finish. Another time was a young excellent masseuse but L0. Both long gone. All the other times was like the this review. Single gal shops should really have a "I am busy, return later or call to make an appt" sign. Interruptions ruin the session flow.
