Is posting arrest info about providers recommended?

Is it allowed or okay in general to post a recent public arrest record about a provider?
If so, which category would it go?

I’m not staff here but you will get banned and perhaps a permanent ban I’ve heard. It’s considered outing because the record will have their real name. To me it’s a sticky subject because some things need to be known about women before we enter the room but the consequences will not be good for you in regards to staying here if that’s what you want to do. Oh please, directing someone to a particular area is totally different than blurting out what's actually a topic in a private room. So, apparently some have tried it from his confessions.

Geeze, any personal info is a one yr ban, or perm, on eccie regardless of where posted on the board.
Over on OH2, CK does something similar.
As for Fox's comments at post 3, he does not understand, and he's proven that before.

Again, Guideline 5 (above) is quite clear.

I always thought if you hinted about something is was the same thing as outing private information.

Accidental could mean a wide range of examples along with hinting.
leading everyone to a website that shows arrest reports.

I personally don't want anyone getting any ideas to arrest shame any members. We are here for some relief and some happiness

If you have access to and are able to post in there, the companion only forum of OH2 allows for outing others regardless of reason or no reason at all, so I am sure posting arrest records of providers on there is fair game.

The outing guideline here states that if a member of this board is caught outing another member of this board ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET or elsewhere (e.g. telling strippers at a strip club that another customer is a member here and what his/her handle is), it is suppose to be a one year ban, so if it is done and reported with proof to the staff on here, then determined the two parties are members, the one who did the exposing get the automatic ban.

But, keep in mind, as with all guidelines on this site, it too is also mod interpreted, so one may or may not get away with it regardless of the proof presented.
