I think you’ll find that the issue has been known about and reported on by CNN in 2023.

It appears to me to be a pretty insignificant issue. No one should place a bet on Schiff getting shafted here. If this is the worst thing that Adam Schiff has done it pales in comparison to some of the slimy stuff that Trump has done. Or should I say convicted of.
