Great review. Sometimes I wonder if enthusiastic 40 something isn't more fun and exciting than 20 something beauty.

I usually get to these places at opening as well, but quickly learning they are stingy with their electric bills. When I showed up there the AC wasn't on yet and I was soaked during activities between texas summer and sky high testosterone. Nice touch to pat my face down with kleenex. Haha

Regarding the enthusiasm, I agree, the older (30s and 40s) the better.
Regarding the DATY, she was directing me where to go as I was doing and her legs squeezing my head told me she popped.
The only disappointing thing was that after getting her in the mood, she started with CG and tired out quickly. We went to missionary for a while until she appeared to pop and asked me to stop for a break. She was a bit frustrated when I insisted on K9, but I convinced her to keep going, we did that for while until she needed a break again.
In other words, enthusiasm is good, but at times, the older ladies do tire out fast.

Regarding getting there early, you are right, many times it is quite warm, but I frankly don’t mind the heat or the sweating as my goal is to get a workout. Typically the girls are not tired and there are few if any interruptions.
