Going to be in Baltimore

I’m going to be in Baltimore September 2-5 and I was wondering what area is good to stay at. This will be my first trip to Baltimore and I want to make it a great one. I'd stick to the BWI (airport) area hotels. The hotels along w Nursery road are great and dont have card access and sufficent lobby traffic. Another idea is the hotels along Teague road near Arundel Mills Mall.
