Have you ever fallen?

I was wondering if a provider has ever fallen for a client or a client ever fallen for a provider?
Guilty as Charged!
I rendezvoused with My K-Girl ATF 78X!
(I was hopelessly smittened!)
I had a provider who claimed she had fallen for me. I didn’t go anywhere near encouraging it and am convinced that it was just her wanting to get out of the business with assistance from a
benefactor. I declined the “opportunity”. I have had a couple of providers who I became pretty good friends with.

IMO providers that are successful should start working with a financial advisor, or learn to invest and start saving while the business is at its peak for them. A good many providers enter this pursuit because they don’t see a different path, for whatever reason life has dealt them. Many get heavily involved … some are just spending the money as it comes and living large. But they don’t understand that time is not their friends, and they end up used up and burnt out without ever having saved a dime. Business slows and they start panicking because they have nothing saved and no fall-back plan. Then, they start seeing opportunities in clients that show them kindness.
Not saying that love can’t actually happen. It can and I’m sure it does. But, IMO, providers need to work wisely, and live modestly while the business is being good to them. They need to learn to invest or get connected with a good financial advisor so they can start preparing for the day they decide they are ready to exit… and then they can exit gracefully.
There are several books on Amazon that providers have written, after they retired, coaching other providers on how to stay safe, how to stay healthy (mentally and physically, and how to use what they are making to really give themselves a better life.
For those of us who started from essentially nothing, or came from horribly abusive and controlling homes/relationships,, and for those of us who did this to give our kids a better life than we had, it’s important to really look ahead to what we can do for our futures so we don’t end up back where we started.

Chiefsfan did you fall for a provider????
CatMan4u, yes I did, I won't say which provider, but she was over to my place a lot, we watched TV, videos, and laughed together, we ate together, she cooked for me,and I did for her as well, she spent the night with me a few times, just last week, she said I love you, and want to move in with you, but then didn't even spend that night with me, and she lied about some stuff, so I told her to come get her stuff, she had a lot of her stuff at my place, a couple came and picked it up last week, and it was a lot harder than I thought it would be.
