So six paragraphs of ROS isn’t sufficient for PA, per the staff member who just rejected my submission. That’s ridiculous.

And there isn’t even an option to supplement or anything more than boilerplate language to explain the decision. I know I have submitted many similar reports that were accepted. Ridiculous, particularly in the current environment.
