Terrible new AS booker

Anyone else have bad experiences with the new AS booker that started a couple of months ago? Takes 10+ minutes to respond, doesn't send appointment details immediately, used to send a weird text saying only crypto/cash was accepted, etc. Been a long time customer and this new person sucks.

They just tried calling my number 3 times. They didn't respond to my text nearly an hour ago. I'm getting sketched out.

I have had the opposite experience, but have heard enough bad stuff that I'm counting myself lucky.

The booker had an attitude. A quick conversation resolved things.

I thought this was normal? It's always taken 5-10min to get a reply from them. Compared to how long it took to get verified I thought it was good? They called you? Ive never spoken on the phone to them.

Their text messages were down yesterday apparently. He finally responded through text. Never been called by any agency before that.
