VTR CLOSED?

I went to VTR spa Thursday, and they are supposed to open at 9
I arrived around 9:50. The place was locked up and no lights were on. I phoned the number, but went straight to voicemail. Does anyone know if they were shut down?

They are not, just sometimes show up late they say.

I stopped by the other day mid/late afternoon. It appeared closed to me. I haven't been back to try again.
