Studio vs AMP/spa?

Something I've been wondering about for a while. What's the difference between a Studio and a AMP/Spa?

Studio's typically don't try to hide their activity behind the pretense of massage and will work out of hotel/apartment/house.

AMPs will get a strip mall location and feign a massage experience.
