Hotel cocal is nothing but a meet up place. The pool bar at night is full of ticas.

the Cocal is a HO-tel...not a family place. Stay there or p/u a chica and take home (only take red taxi). Frogs bar (pool bar) up front with DJ. Back bar with sports TVs and live music Thurs-Sat, good bands mostly rock n roll. Good food in restaurant.
