Try download Firefox for your phone and access USASG or when you type it in put in HTTP:// not HTTPS:// there is something wrong with the security certificate or some web mubojumo that you can’t access it correctly there is another workaround for it but can’t recall off the top of my head but it’s something to do with going into your browser settings and changing the security settings so it won’t pull up HTTPS:// sites
