Need to burn some calories

Does anyone know any workout routines that can burn calories? I just recently came back to the hobby after being retired for almost 8 years and have put on some weight. The thing is I need someone to do it with me or in just going to procrastinate and not do it. Do I have any volunteers to be my drill sergeant who can keep me motivated

Posting taint photos can be a productive workout.
So can giving head. I'll keep you motivated. I'll be encouraging (that's it... right there... good girl). Works neck muscles. Shoulders. And it's good cardio.

the old saying "Abs are made in the kitchen" will forever apply. Eating clean will always be easier to lose weight than spending hours and hours on cardio. But in general weights and HIIT are a beautiful way to drop weight and get stronger. Improved muscle tone leads to greater health after 35
