Visiting Dallas next month

Hello everyone, happy Monday! I've got a business trip coming up in a couple of weeks that's bringing me down to Dallas for the first time. Going to be staying between DFW and DAL in a nice hotel, no car unfortunately.

Any must-eat restaurants in the Las Colinas/Northwest Dallas/Irving area?

Of course I'm also looking for recommendations on a lady or two that would ease the boredom at night as well. I'm not new to the hobby, just new to Dallas

Lots of options close to me in the Galleria North Dallas area :-) if you don’t want to take an Uber, perhaps there would be a good bar/restaurant in your hotel. :-) I would be happy to help you explore our local cuisine.
