I suspect you are confusing it with Rodeo (the place in the Rocks), or Studio 25 (the place in the same plaza as Sky Spa) - at both of these places, you can apparently get pretty much whatever you want, as long as you're willing to spend enough. As far as I am aware, no one at Campus offers extras. Remember, the session rooms here have security cameras in them, the owner does occasionally look in on sessions, and the owner absolutely does not want extras going on here. Girls caught doing extras (HR, oral, or full service) are generally dismissed immediately. Yes, I'm aware that a few of the girls will get right up to the edge of the rules, but even those girls generally won't cross the line, and girls who venture too close to the line are usually "spoken to" (after which they usually stop doing it, at least for a while...). And yes, I am aware of persistent rumors of girls who used to work here (but no longer do) being occasionally willing to do HR for long-term, trusted "good regulars" - but even with the subjects of those rumors, I was never able to make that happen for myself (and not for lack of trying...), no matter no many times I'd seen the girl.

Bottom line - if you go to Campus hoping for extras (even just a simple HR), you're almost certain to leave disappointed.
