You should certainly make better choices then me. I do get regularly tested & stay with providers that I'm aware have had others confirm they're clean. You're right though I really shouldn't. The majority of providers I've seen are protected however. Admittedly the ones I post on here about are disproportionately unprotected compared to my usual.
