here's the problem- And I think anyone putting bombs anywhere is a problem, but there is this thing called "beyond a reasonable doubt". If they could get OJ off with that-- this lady aint got one single worry as to what they got. 80%-90% means atleast some doubt. It's not like DNA- where there is a 99.999% match, so there is some- and that's enough.

Like I said- it's a shame they cannot determine this, and while I think it's likely due to the bomb not going off- then it got shelved. The hooded person walked like the policeman does by 94% similarity. Ok. Does she have an alibi on the day in question? Any fingerprints or DNA to tie her to the device etc? That's not only a weak case, but circumstantial at best.
