The last few visits I have made down to DFW, I usually end up devouring my tried and true favorites. I hit Steve Fields on the way out almost every time. I haven't ventured to many new spots lately.

Being carb free, eating mostly ribeye/meat and green veggies...

I am in need of a few good suggestions over in the 75 and GB area.

I love skewers, BBQ, Nigiri...

What are your suggestions?
Well, I'm a retired Chef. Got the culinary degree and everything! You could come to my house. I live right near there.

Always good to meat another Carnivore!

I have not had it yet, but I've heard good things about Ten50 BBQ in Richardson,.,

TG Brazilian Steakhouse on Arapaho is also great.

If you want to practice your Spanish as well, I recommend La Cacerola Colombian restaurant on Arapaho near the TG Steakhouse. I break my diet to have a juice, you can get it mixed in water or milk. Definately get th milk becuase it become a milkshake. I would recommend the Mora (blackberry) or Guanabana. They serve some nice steaks.

Enjoy.
Panthers City bbq, pecan lodge, hurtados arlingron
Cattleacks, Hutchins, and Goldee's (if you can wake up early enough and make the drive over)

Very good. Visit the website and read the backstory of Dale Wamstad. An icon in the Dallas restaurant scene
Z & Gina are asking questions?
These 2 veteran ladies been around DFW so long, they know who got the Beef by first name, and they know what area the beef is in. We should be asking them Questions. #threAD

In the FW stockyards, on or near the intersection of North Main and Exchange, both the Star Cafe and Cattlemen's. Both serve great steaks at half the price. And, as an aside, if you ask at the Star Cafe, they will show you the city license to practice prostitution that was issued the occupants of the building well over 100 years ago.
