How do I post A private message?

Do to your profile (next to welcome) on the upper right side of the screen and select private message

You can also click on the guy (in blue) if he is in a post and it will give options and one is private message

I meant to post a reply, private. Like asking about something in the ROS? So those who can, can read it?

easy way is to type it out
highlight (swipe) part you want private
and hit private
What will end up private will be in between two privates
example [Private] Hi [Private]
You can also just hit private, type message
