could you please be more specific with the location. "North 183" is not helpful. although you seem to think everybody knows where "Mandy" works, we don't, unless you give better info. cross street. shopping center, "near to xxx" is much more helpful. google Maps street view can be used to find a "spa" near a landmark, but "north 183" is way way to long to search

I'm not OP but it's not hard to see that this girl's got about half a dozen reviews on the first two pages. Anyway, OP is talking about Tranquil, for a short while known as Yun-T, located next to Kenji Ramen and some sort of slot machine gaming shop, between Spicewood Springs and Oak Knoll, on the 183 S-bound frontage road.
