The gentleman who wrote this review and I have acknowledged that it was a miscommunication and that's why the meeting never happened. We have since made arrangements to meet so I can make it up to him! ;-) I'm looking forward to our visit! I do take pride in the service I provide and intend on making sure this will be a night for him to remember!
