OK I was up looking at flight & Hotels so I could give El Paso the heads up on which dates I was coming in and how long staying.
I was looking at locations did I miss the thread on which side of town is the best side etc? The problem locations to stay away from etc?
So far all I found was great Mexican eating out places which I figure in Elpaso would not be hard to find. So from my search I know to try Ki Ki's but have no idea which side of town to lay my head at night at peace and some place my guests feel safe in visiting.

I want to book my flight and hotel this week want to come at the end of this Month or the very first week of April

NOTE! I BEGIN EARLY I LIKE TO START MY DAY OFF AT 5 a.m. and with a smiling face to work on at 6:00 a.m. I DO NOT LIKE WAITING TILL NOON FOR MY FIRST GUEST....After I visit a City it depends on if I return on my early morning busy times. If their is lots of movement before 10 a.m. I WILL BE BACK. So even though Elpaso is a very long way I will make it part of my Monthly or BiMonthly stops.
BUT FIRST NEED TO KNOW WHERE TO GO........
AND WHERE NOT GO............................ ..

The east side has nice places to stay, near the airport area has lots of nice hotels. Kikis is in the central part of town, not far, and super yummy. Try the machaca or the green chicken enchiladas...oh boy

So the East side and the airport are 2 different areas or the airport is on the east side? LOL

THANK YOU. How are the cabs and is their a trolly or local bus pick up and drop off or would it be better to rent a car to get around?

Yeah sorry the airport is east side. The transit system in ep is a joke. Get a rental and gps if you need it. Look forward to meeting you!

Airport area is good.. lots of hotels and easy for everyone to get to from both the east and west side. Depending on the time of day it can take well over an hour to get from one side of town to the other.

As soon as I am verified, I'm going to visit El Paso, probably for about a week. I am currently on www.preferred411.com. I will pre-book through that site. New pics are coming this week, so watch for them.
