Question? Pimps vs Escort Agencies
I watched a documentary last night about pimps & I started to wonder. With all the control pimps exert over his "hoes" do people still believe an escort agencies are just as bad?
My argument is this: agencies don't "recruit" ladies, especially minors.
Agencies don't take all their $.
Agencies don't keep their ladies in their sight at all times.
Agencies don't slave drive or force women to work. They work by choice.
However:
I can see how the two are similar in other ways. Any thoughts?

It is all just perspective and perception. Lots of variables: age, race, gender, economics, social status, business status...but generally
"Pimps" take all the money, get it freebie, keep a close watch on their property, threaten and intimidate girls and customers and take none of the risks or hardly ever get arrested. "Management" is just another word for the same, but it sounds more professional, whatever that is. "Agency" is usually better attitudes, but still the same money drain for the girls, but ads are placed, calls are taken, references are verified, risk is shared, conditions are controlled, security is tighter, but the end result is the same. Customer gets its, Girls gets it done, Momma gets paid. Everything else is relative to the time in the business and the life expectancy of the business and the relationship.
I would never stay where I was not respected and cared for, but that is the issue with most young providers, their self-respect has huge holes and no one cares to patch them; where's the money in that? As long as the body looks good and the action is great, no one cares about the mind or the heart. When the body goes, so does the action, followed shortly by the money. I know more about this than some of you think...
On the flip side, customers have self-respect issues as well, but as long as the money is there, so is the service.

The sad part about the pimps/management or agency is that there are so many ladies that need some kinda direction that there willing to work for pimp/management or agency to give them that sense of direction. Granted that most ladies give a good or excellent service but there is some form of management around for a lot of ladies. Real question should be "Why so many ladies fall into management?"
Pimps are always under the radar I am sure if we knew how many independents were really owned by a pimp we would be surprised. They go by so many names, traveling companion, driver, SO, handler or manager. I have had my share of troubles with pimps that I won't knowingly date a pimped provider. Some providers are unable to survive in the business with out a boss. I speak of the younger providers as the more mature providers don't need the hassle and the expense.
The prob is pimps are nothing but unintelligent, thugs! Real men work to make their own $, not take $ from vulnerable girls.
There is a difference between agencies and pimps/management. Many agencies have the ability to provide a valuable service to a provider getting started or even one who is well established IF they screen well, handle booking and calendaring, provide some support services such as dress and personal care help, etc.
Face it. There are many who can't manage their time or money very well and they can use the help of an agency.
The successful top tier providers I've seen over the years not only have good skills bcd, but are smart, enjoy their work and know their strengths and weaknesses. Many understand the necessity of getting professional help (no, not an agency or a pimp) with time and money management. Many, with whom I've befriended over the years simply ask, observe and learn. A top tier independent (and even in some cases the agency girl) can easily set themselves up for the long term with her earnings while in the hobby.
Pimps on the other hand are selfish, money grubbing, scums of the earth - the lowest on the food chain because they contribute nothing to society and take from others what is rightfully theirs. Frankly, I don't understand the mindset of girls with whom I've spoken about "wanting to get away", but end up going back, one within the last week. The "managed" provider gains nothing except perhaps a bit of luxury if a condo or nice vehicle is made available for them. But long term they end up with sagging tits, a worn out pussy, several bruises along the way and ZERO in the bank because of the abuse.

There are good agencies and bad. The bad ones may not be much different than a pimp. The better ones take a lot of the girls money, but at least provide a service for her. An abusive pimp thug is totally useless.
The lady I am familiar with has had several pimps. She is an 8th grade drop out that writes like a 6th grader. Several times over the time I was around her she had bruises on her arms. She said she bumped into the door. I knew nothing about the pimp until they took the car I loaned her for local use on a trip to Indiana and Illinois. She is still with the same pimp and he still mistreats her. I will never understand why she would put up with the abuse.

If there are girls being owned or operated and are doing it as they are willing and not being forced and remain who they are and learn the biz, afterall its a mans world and we are women living the Dream, so if the girls are upscale and are not fake and treat their friends badly then I think it's a great thing to have someone who will help you out in life and be there for you by your side, like a husband or boyfriend is for most of these agencies I've been through around here in Arkansas.When the girl is scared and not knowing who she is about to see and isn't getting to screen her calls It's BAD for the customer because the girls are scared and not in the mood, But there are always two sides to every situation, if the girls are being taken care of, and many pimps put everything they have into their girls, and like to help them come up, alot of pimps have the girls on heavy drugs and force them to work, some do not let them do heavy drugs...The word Pimp is like saying Hoe... not every girl is a hoe and not every man can pimp like he needs to and some say that its ok to work for an agency but not tohave a "manager" who watches out for them instead of sending them out on a call like an "agency" does and basically breaking them when the girl has to pay for the gas in the air and then give half the money or more to the agency, she can not hardly save and pay bills with a little extra help, as for me I have been a Sugar baby and was turned onto this biz, I have upgraded and love every moment of it, everyone has to be safe and progress, or there is no reason in being in this game... I believe that I met you through an Escort Service... they were so busy that they sent out the Wrong girl, But here we are, you would have known I was the right girl if they were doing the right screening. The agency I worked for had a husband and everything there by her side!!!!! 
So what I am trying to state is my opnion, I think that there are good in both and bad in both, just like with us girls and girls on this board... Drama gets started by word of mouth or gossip so not everyone is perfect and as long as the service is A+ and the girls are A+ and everyone is safe then I am for whatever type of service the customer wants to use... Not all men are the same and I know for fact not all men are the same, I have always been an Independent provider and never ripped anyone, have alawys gave my all in this game! I love everyone who shows me love and respect anyone who feels the same!

Well what you didn't see and what happened could be different. I have had bruises on me from men grabbing to hard during sessions. I am a small girl and some men think of themselves and not the women, all of the men I see respect me or I dont see them. I have met severl wonderful men and I have met a handfull of men who I wish I never met, not everyone is for each other.
If the girl told you he mistrested her and physically hit her then thats a whole different situation.
I would never put me or my clients into a situation that I didn't think was safe and I think we should all look out for each other in this crazy biz, let have fun and stop the drama!
