Incall available...you can even live there

I have several incall locations and I'm becoming more comfortable with letting other providers use them. The rate is $40 per appointment, which I think seems high but I'm providing clean towels, sheets, and do the clean-up and so forth. Also they are all well furnished.

One of the locations also has a second bedroom which is furnished and was occupied by a provider whose now moved elsewhere. The rent for the room is only $300 per month plus $60 per month for utilities. In addition to being furnished it has a large walk-in closet.
